Sarajevo 100 Poster

Sarajevo 100 was event organised to mark the 100th anniversary of the start of WW1, which is often said to have started by assassination of Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo in already tense climate.

But it is also marking another anniversary – 20 years since siege of Sarajevo, which started in 1994.

The interpretation of Sarajevo 100 theme was open, and this was mine – there is pain, but also secret burning hope, that time will heal and bring people back together.
